Creators of Live is a creative consultancy and organization agency for Live communication and Live events. We do this in the Netherlands and at distant destinations and everything in between. During congress support we live some of our capabilities, supporting the event department or the working group involved in the organization of the total congress. For example, we facilitate transfers for participants, destination activities, private dinners, client cocktail events and social dinners. In addition, there is always the opportunity to engage us last-minute for additional decoration at the event venue, hire air conditioners, florist, and audiovisual partners.
Congress of European Society for Medical Oncology
During ESMO 2022, the help of Creators of Live was enlisted to coordinate the social program. Creators of Live took care of transfers, private dinners, team building activities in Paris, bringing the congress experience for over 400 guests to a success.
At the same time, our support was used to hire 12 air conditioners to cool the event venue, EXPO Porte de Versailles. We also realize various live communication projects from flyer printing to canvases for separate meetings outside the program.
Creators of Live was used as an extension of the organizer.

During conference support, there are several choices the client can make. For example, we can facilitate only the reservations desired for transfers, meeting locations, hotels, restaurants, private dinners and more. Of course, it is also possible to bring your regular event manager with you, to check and verify bookings from there also last minute. We always recommend the latter as our event managers are flexible and able to successfully place a reservation even at the very last minute. An additional event manager can also be deployed as a flying keep or the additional multitasker during the organization of your conference. As an organizer you will always have extra hands at hand, and you are assured of a dedicated person for the smooth running of your congress, exhibition, or seminar.
