During the 4-day event we built and connected with existing and new relationships. Every morning there were intensive speed dating sessions on the program. We had special meetings with different hotels, destination management companies, convention bureaus and special locations. Different partners and relations from all over the world, with whom we expanded our total offer and possibilities for special live experiences in the world in 4 days!
During these 4 days we stayed at the luxury 5* hotel; Barcélo Sevilla Renacimiento, with its associated convention center. The dinner nights were organized in the Royal Palace of Seville (Real Alcazar), the exclusive Villa Luisa and the special estate Hacienda La Soledad. In addition, in the afternoon it was possible to discover the city during a unique city walk, experience the culture during a Flamenco dance workshop or Paella cooking workshop. You could also join a master class on making your event more sustainable.
Inspiration for exclusive, high-end events worldwide!
The afternoons were all about socializing, experiencing and living together. So there was a high-quality social program alongside the formal part of the forum. Marvel and admire. Experience and be touched. From mirror dancers, to Djs with a drum band, delicious culinary delights and not forgetting the accountability for sustainability. With an overdose of inspiration, these days came to an end. During the days we gained a lot of inspiration for international events and incentives.
Exceeding expectations and touching in emotion.
During the forum we experienced different types of vendors from exceptional venues to unique organizers, we also had the opportunity to network with several potential clients for Creators of Live. Again and again the question was, what does Creators of Live actually do?
Answers to these questions, in addition to the quality requirements we set, make us decide whether or not to work with new partners. It is our goal to organize live experiences, where expectations of our client are exceeded and guests are touched with emotion, this is how we create lifelong memories.
